The Indian Nursing Council (INC) on August 06, 2026, issued a notification regarding the Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 Campaign.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government of India will celebrate the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign nationwide from August 09 to 17, 2026, combining Tiranga hoisting/display with singing of the National Song “Vande Mataram.”
•Nursing institutions are advised to organize flag-hoisting ceremonies and collective singing during the campaign.
•Nursing faculty and students should actively participate and conduct awareness activities to promote the campaign.
•Nursing personnel and students are also encouraged to upload selfies with the Tiranga on the Har Ghar Tiranga portal, with “Vande Mataram” lyrics appearing automatically on the uploaded image.
